About The Founder

I've sat where you're sitting.

I spent over 10 years working in tech — long hours, bad posture, and total physical neglect. At 25 I had a very significant health scare, 80 extra pounds, and a resting heart rate that scared my doctor.

I didn't follow a generic program to get healthy. I studied the problem from the ground up, and built an approach that actually worked for someone with a demanding career and no free time. I lost the weight, and I am stronger and healthier than I've ever been.
